Delegate registration passes include access to all plenaries and sessions from May 23-25, delegate kit bag including all official documentation, all meals, refreshment breaks, receptions, and ONE banquet ticket.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations are permitted until May 3 and must be submitted in writing to the NBNPHA by that date. Cancellations on or before May 3 will receive a full refund minus a 25% administrative fee. Registrants wishing to cancel after May 5 will not be eligible for any refund but are encouraged to identify a substitute from the same organization. Substitutions are permitted up to May 13 and must be submitted in writing to the NBNPHA.
